Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

 

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between Pompipoche™ (hereinafter, the “Seller”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter, the “Customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website: https://www.pompipoche-vetementmedical.com

Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website https://www.pompipoche-vetementmedical.com, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a description prepared by the Seller. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are non-binding on the Seller.

 

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

 

Orders

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Orders are validated only after full payment of the price.

 

Payment

Payment is made online by bank card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site. Payment is secured via an encryption system.

 

Delivery and Returns

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery time generally ranges, depending on the destination, from 5 to 15 business days, unless otherwise stated. The Seller cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 to 15 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Each shipment may contain between 1 and 10 vests.

 

Shipping Rates

• French Caribbean: €5

• Mainland France: €9

• Rest of World: €15

Parcel Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow your parcel in real time.

 

Delivery Delay or Issue

If you have not received your order within the stated timeframes, please first check the online tracking and then contact us at: info@pompipoche-vetementmedical.com.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcel

Please ensure you carefully check the delivery address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be at the Customer’s expense.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product without justification or penalty. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Returns and Refunds

In the event of a return, products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

 

Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code.

Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Personal Data

Information collected is processed for the purpose of managing orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the website https://www.pompipoche-vetementmedical.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the site for any purpose, even partially.

 

Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction in which the Seller’s registered office is located.
