Deliveries and returns

 

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery time is generally between 5 and 15 business days, unless otherwise stated. The Seller cannot be held liable for any delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

 

Preparation times

 

All orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 15 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Each shipment can contain between 1 and 10 vests. ​

 

Track your package

 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link allowing you to track your package in real time. Delivery Delay or Problem: If you have not received your order within the stated timeframe, please check the online tracking and then contact us at: info@pompipoche-vetementmedical.com. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package: Please ensure you double-check the delivery address. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product without justification or penalty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

Returns and refunds

 

For returns, products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned items.

 

Guarantees

 

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

 

Responsibility

 

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
